Crowd Cordination & On ground- Support
Seamless crowd coordination and on-ground support to ensure a safe, smooth, and well-organized event experience. Our trained team manages participant flow, assists attendees, and responds quickly to any on-site requirements
Registration & Media Support
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with participant registration and media coordination during the event. Responsibilities include managing check-ins, verifying registrations, guiding participants, and handling on-ground queries. Volunteers will also support basic media tasks such as capturing photos/videos and assisting with social media updates. This role is key to ensuring a smooth participant experience and effective event coverage.
